Overseen by a serving local headteacher, we know at grassroots level the importance of supporting experienced teachers to help our children to grow, many of which have been in the education system since their own time in school. Whilst they may not have the same financial burdens as they once did, we want to help them find a balance between working in a network of great schools and feeling part of the team, reducing the burden of bureaucracy to allow them to excel in the classroom on a supply basis and reconnect with their life. We want our schools to feel assured as they know they are getting an experienced, passionate professional.
As a school, you may have a teacher looking to step away from a substantive post, but you would want to keep on a supply basis to cover when needed as they understand your school and systems. We can make this possible and more cost effective for a school than keeping them on your books.
