Are you lying awake wondering…
“How can I keep doing a job I love without it taking over my life?”
“Why am I constantly putting everyone else first?”
“How do I get back the time and energy for the things that matter to me?”
“Is this how teaching has to feel?”
Or perhaps you’re wondering whether something needs to change — you’re just not sure what.
Because the truth is, you can love education and still want more from your life.
You can care deeply about your pupils, your colleagues and the difference you make, while also wanting time for your family, your relationships, your passions, your health and simply… yourself.
And you don’t necessarily need to leave teaching to make that happen.
Sometimes the change starts with your mindset. Sometimes it’s boundaries, priorities or the way you’re approaching work. Sometimes it’s a bigger change in your role or career.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer.
Coaching gives you the space to step away from the noise, reconnect with your values and your why, and explore what you really want — without someone else telling you what you should do.
It’s time to stop simply fitting your life around your work and start creating a way of working that fits the life you want.
I spent 20 years working in primary education, and I loved so much about being a teacher. The relationships, the children, the difference you can make — there’s a reason so many of us choose this profession in the first place.
But I also knew the other side of it.
The long days. The constant demands. The feeling that there was never quite enough time or energy left for the people and things that mattered outside of school.
I reached a point where I knew something needed to change.
For me, that meant leaving permanent teaching, co-founding a teaching supply business with my husband and building a coaching career alongside it. It has allowed me to create more flexibility, freedom and balance in my own life — while still staying connected to the world of education that I care so deeply about.
But leaving teaching isn’t the answer for everyone.
You may love your job and simply want to find a way for it to work better alongside the life you want.
You might need different boundaries. More balance. A change in role. More confidence to put yourself first. Or perhaps you’re wondering whether a completely different path is calling you.
There is no right answer. There is only the answer that is right for you.
That’s where coaching comes in.
I’m here to help educators step away from the noise, reconnect with their values and their why, and explore what they really want — so they can make conscious choices about their work and their life.
I’m a qualified Integrative Coach, with a Diploma in Integrative Coaching from an ICF-accredited provider, and I bring my own experience of education, change and creating a life on my own terms to every coaching conversation.
My roots are in education. My passion is helping educators create a life that feels like theirs.
It’s time to explore what’s possible.
A termly coaching journey for educators

A year-long coaching journey for educators
As educators, we often spend our days responding to the needs of everyone else.
Over time, the demands of the profession can pull us away from our values, our priorities and the reasons we entered education in the first place.
It’s Time to Align is a year-long coaching journey designed to help you stay connected to what matters most, whilst navigating the changing seasons of school life.
Using The Educator Tree as a reflective framework, we’ll regularly pause to explore your wellbeing, workload, relationships, professional growth and sense of fulfilment. Together, we’ll identify patterns, celebrate progress and make intentional adjustments so that you can thrive both personally and professionally.
Rather than waiting until you’re overwhelmed, this journey provides ongoing support, reflection and accountability throughout the academic year.
