Dreaming While You Heal

Well this has been an interesting week to say the least! Looks like Covid is back with a vengeance. And it’s knocked me right off my feet. I’ve been isolating all week and I’m pretty sure I’ve been delirious at times. So what else can a girl do in these times but dream.

I’ve been so busy in my new businesses, it’s been all about action. Being wiped out with Covid has stopped the action. So I’ve been dreaming instead. Dreaming of all the opportunities I have and all the possibilities that lay before me. I am the creator of my life and it feels very empowering.

I have stumbled across a wonderful man called Jason Stephenson, who has developed numerous meditations and breathwork exercises that you can access, many for free. Breathwork is definitely out this week but I did manage a meditation yesterday and I was amazed at it’s power. It was all about possibilities, opening doors to different versions of yourself and what lay before you. I saw 3 amazing scenarios and loved all of them.

That’s what I love about this new life of mine. Leaving teaching behind may have left the stable and comfortable career I had. But it has opened up endless opportunities. Ones that I’m ready to grab with both hands.
