Lucy has 20 years of experience across early years and primary-aged children. She has worked across many areas of the North West, including Manchester, Blackpool, Bolton and Preston. She is an advocate of developing the holistic child through play experiences.
Her experiences of coaching in the education sector opened up a passion for supporting others and she has now moved into the field of life coaching. She is currently completing a Level 1 Diploma in Integrative Coaching, an ICF accredited course.
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in education and is a serving headteacher with a wealth of experience leading primary schools and working in collaboration with different groups or clusters of schools. He is co-founder of the Axia Learning Alliance, Lancashire’s first Mutual Co-operative Foundation Trust, works strategically with local colleagues on the development of school sport and developed an effective CPD offer to schools. Chris has developed supervision systems for schools and supports leaders with peer-to-peer coaching.
Chris is the founder and a trustee of the Sparkle Bean Trust charity and is the author of ‘Searching for the Sparkle – A School’s Journey of Recovery’. He is a silver award winner of a Pearson National Teaching Award and was made an O.B.E. for services to Education in the King’s first New Year’s Honours.
